About My Skills
With a rich portfolio spanning content creation, front-end development, and graphic design, I offer all of the needed skills to get the job done. I prioritize simple and easy-to-use web designs for both desktop and mobile users; not the fancy and crammed web designs that are supposed to visually impress the user but wind up confusing and distracting them.

NOTE: These projects were made with permission from store owners to mimic their stores for my school projects, and the owners are still using their original web designs that they were already content with. Also, some webpage features were intended to demonstrate my coding knowledge in certain areas, while other features were designed to mimic what a modern webpage tends to look like.Â
Barb's Backyard Birds
The inspiration for this class project was based on a bird store in Interlochen, Michigan that wanted to appeal to online shoppers. The HTML and CSS concepts used in this project include store cards, article tags, section tags, and image descriptions in the alt tag for increased SEO success.
Industrial Consumables Finance
This was a gig from a Fiverr client. The task was to use Elementor to design the website in a way that the browser can easily find three informational links. I was also tasked to improve the overall design to a cleaner and easier browsing experience for both mobile and desktop versions.
Mount Pleasant City Coffee
The inspiration for this class project was based on a coffee shop in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. The task was to write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code and apply it to a WordPress theme. This project includes a sidebar menu made with JavaScript, unordered lists, an excessively-decorated order form, and a table with hovering cells.
Brandon's Bistro
This is the first webpage I have ever coded. This fictional restaurant features use of HTML and CSS concepts such as Flexbox for the menu, an unordered list for the navigation bar (with CSS Grid), and a coupon made with JavaScript.
Rotating Portfolio
This was a self-taught portfolio web page designed like a rotating image gallery. The code involved in this project features a video uploaded using HTML, a JavaScript function called rotateY() to rotate the links, and more links to my coding projects.
Graphic Design Samples
This flyer project was designed with both Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop, where the task tested my composition skills in arranging the photos and text to be in the best spots possible.
This mini-magazine layout assignment tested my Adobe InDesign skills in creating a magazine layout from scratch.
This menu assignment was designed with Adobe InDesign, while the beer mug logo was drawn from scratch using Adobe Illustrator.
This pamphlet assignment once again tested my Adobe InDesign skills while being careful respect the rules from the organization supplying the logo.
